Job Summary
As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online live chat, providing assistance, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure consistent and accurate information is being provided to customers, and you'll be expected to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through online live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is being provided to customers - Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge - Work closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
