Job Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Your primary goal will be to help clients understand their insurance benefit options, answer questions about coverage, plans, and policies, and schedule and conduct virtual consultations with new and existing customers. You will also be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, support clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs, and work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Helping clients understand their insurance benefit options
  • Answering questions about coverage, plans, and policies
  • Scheduling and conducting virtual consultations with new and existing customers
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
  • Supporting clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs

Entry-Level Qualifications

We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company. While prior experience in insurance or customer service is not required, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome)
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Comfortable working remotely with basic tech knowledge (Zoom, email, etc.)
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Motivated, reliable, and ready to learn
