As a Remote Night Shift Chat Support Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex's customer service team, handling a high volume of live chat conversations with customers from all over the world. Your primary responsibility will be to provide clear, concise, and professional responses to customer inquiries, resolving basic issues and escalating complex ones to our team of experts. You'll be working independently, using your own judgment and discretion to de-escalate issues and provide solutions that meet our high standards.

Your Core Responsibilities

* Accept and manage inbound chat conversations from customers

• Resolve basic issues using internal tools and help center articles
• Stay polite, professional, and calm, even in high-pressure situations
• Take notes on every chat to ensure seamless follow-up by morning agents
• Tag anything weird or complex for escalation
• Log out, go to bed, and wake up knowing you've earned a serious paycheck while others were sleeping
