Job Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant & Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information
  • Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
  • Providing exceptional support to clients through timely and accurate data entry and virtual assistance
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless data entry and virtual assistance services

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong Excel skills: You should have a solid understanding of Excel functions, formulas, and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills: You should be able to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management through written and verbal means.
  • Consistent history of attendance and punctuality: You should be able to commit to a long-term contract and maintain a consistent attendance record.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Previous data entry experience: You should have at least one year of data entry experience in a similar role.
  • Customer service experience: You should have experience providing exceptional customer service in a virtual or remote setting.
  • Certifications or training: You should have certifications or training in data entry, virtual assistance, or a related field.
