Job Summary
As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations team by performing a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, report compilation, and office management. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient processes, and exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Assemble and reconcile reports, utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Perform various clerical duties, including filing, copying, faxing, and other tasks as assigned
- Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange
- Utilize industry software to perform data entry and other tasks
- Other duties as assigned by the management team
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment
- 1 year of office clerk experience, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various departments
- Experience in recycling would be beneficial, but not necessary
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of its applications and features
- Experience working in a remote environment, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline
Physical Demands
* Ability to organize various office systems, including adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management
- Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
- Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time

Compensation and Benefits
* $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

* 8 hour shift, with flexibility to work remotely
