Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative-Bilingual Spanish, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences: Service customer inquiries, provide solutions to their unique needs, and build trust through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Offering available products: Provide customers with relevant product information and offer available solutions based on their requirements.
- Participating in training sessions: Enhance your knowledge of insurance products and services through comprehensive training sessions.
- Collaborating with team members: Work with colleagues to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
- Providing support: Offer support to customers in a remote setting, utilizing the necessary computer equipment and in-depth training provided by arenaflex.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Two years of post-secondary education or higher: A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or a related field.
- In lieu of education, two years of relevant work experience: Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience in the insurance industry: Knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Fluency in English and Spanish: Ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Customer service certifications: Certifications such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
