The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and adapting to changing guidelines and customer needs. You'll be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their expectations are met and managed throughout the lifespan of their projects.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and customer needs
  • Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent basis
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
  • Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school graduate or G.E.D.
  • A minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
  • The ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
  • The ability to pass a background check
