Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues related to our benefits offerings
- Setting appointments and conducting presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Engaging in leadership development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct presentations to union members to promote our benefits offerings
- Set appointments and schedule meetings with clients as needed
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork
- Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Engage in leadership development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
- Upbeat and positive attitude, with great energy and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to interact effectively with people and groups, including all levels of management and employees
- Strong customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
- Legally authorized to work in the US or Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a union or association environment
- Familiarity with benefits or insurance products
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
