Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

* Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients, providing clear, complete, and accurate information based on a full understanding of program requirements.

  • Provide one-to-one telephone contact with clients, applicants, and enrollees in customer service roles, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for clients wishing to apply for the program over the telephone.
  • Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in the arenaflex rules/guidelines and other related program policies, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

* Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, applicants, and co-workers.
  • Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback.
  • Achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment.
  • Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Background and drug screening required.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in web-based systems and software applications.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
