Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual individual to join our customer support team as a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our cutting-edge technology. You'll also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend arenaflex's best solutions.
Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology
- Being a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Building business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Understanding customer needs and recommending arenaflex's best solutions
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

Compensation and Perks
