Key Responsibilities

As a Home Office Medical Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and their families via chat support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and their families via chat support, providing technical support for our online medical portal, and assisting clients with navigating the platform.
• Responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner, ensuring that each interaction is personalized and empathetic.
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating with caregivers to ensure smooth service delivery, maintaining accurate and detailed records of client interactions and conversations.
• Collaborating with the clinical team to gather feedback and continuously improve the chat support process, staying up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and highest quality of care.
• Providing technical support for our online medical portal, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong background in medical terminology and processes.
• Strong technical skills, with proficiency in online chat platforms and medical portals, including experience with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
