Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and online chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide personalized solutions to help individuals find the right health insurance plans. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and online chat support - Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Enter application data accurately and efficiently - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality service - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues - Adapt to changing projects and updates with flexibility and a positive attitude - Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's products and services - Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Essential Qualifications

- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues - Comfortable working from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace - Personal device with a functioning camera required for the Training Period - Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period - Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet; cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required - NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites - NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Previous experience in a Call Center environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Spanish Bilingual, a plus
