Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping individuals navigate the health insurance enrollment process. You'll be responsible for providing technical support, managing customer accounts, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, providing technical support and resolving customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat - Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of issues and concerns - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility to proceed through training and certifications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Moderate to advanced computer skills, with high level of comfort learning new technology - High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace - Self-motivated and success-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively - Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, preferably in a call center environment - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Familiarity with health insurance terminology and concepts - Spanish Bilingual, with ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers - Experience with online chat platforms and software - Familiarity with cloud-based enrollment tools and software
