We're currently seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Dallas, TX, and contribute to the success of our finance and operations department.

About the Role

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining complex data in various systems and databases, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Your strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and discretion when handling confidential information will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Enter, update, and verify complex data in various systems with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Review and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Compile, sort, and file documents for data entry.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve data-related issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Train or guide junior data entry staff as needed.
  • Follow established procedures and suggest improvements to data entry processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail, work with speed and accuracy under pressure of heavy workloads and deadlines.
  • Proficient with complex data entry concepts.
  • Ability to navigate independently and understand complex instructions to make decisions.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • PC skills required – Must be proficient with MS Office Suite and Skype for Business.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology.
  • Experience with CPT Codes, PCS, or Modifier Usage.
