Job Description
As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience to our clients. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also promoting arenaflex's products and services.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and online chat - Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues - Manage customer accounts and provide information on arenaflex's products and services - Enter data into our CRM system accurately and efficiently - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services - Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets - Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Spanish bilingual skills required; proficiency in English also required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment - Familiarity with health insurance and the Affordable Care Act - Experience with CRM software and data entry - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a dedicated workspace - Strong time management and organizational skills
