Job Summary

As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and helping them navigate the complexities of healthcare services. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat

  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply knowledge to improve customer service and business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support role
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Comfortable working from home and managing your schedule independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish bilingual skills, a plus

Compensation and Benefits

* $16.00 - $17.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
