Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Logistics Manager to lead our Transportation division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, leading direct reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a 2nd shift position, working Monday through Friday from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations within the Transportation division
- Lead direct reports and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required
Qualifications
* H.S. diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
- Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required
