Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Carefully entering customer profiles, order records, invoice details, and product specifications into our CRM and proprietary databases.
- Double-checking and correcting any data inconsistencies, aiming for near-perfect accuracy on every entry.
- Organizing incoming digital files, including spreadsheets, scanned forms, email attachments, and applying clear, consistent naming conventions.
- Communicating with colleagues through Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom to clarify any unclear or missing data points.
- Running regular validation checks using our software tools to catch and resolve discrepancies before they become issues.
- Offering ideas for improving workflows by identifying repetitive tasks that could benefit from automation or streamlined procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; coursework or a certificate in business administration, information technology, or a related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated typing speed of at least 55 words per minute with strong accuracy (an online typing test is welcome).
- Comfortable navigating cloud-based applications such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills able to document issues clearly and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
- A self-starter mindset with the discipline to stay focused and productive without constant supervision.

Compensation & Benefits
As a Virtual Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, you'll enjoy:
- Hourly Pay: $15.00—$18.50 per hour for part-time roles; $17.00—$20.00 per hour for full-time roles.
- Performance Bonus: Eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to 5% of your base pay, based on accuracy metrics and project milestones.
