Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key member of our customer experience team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and online chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing personalized support and guidance to help our customers navigate the complexities of health insurance. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and guidance to help customers navigate the health insurance process
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure
  • Participate in online chat sessions as assigned, providing real-time support to customers and responding to their inquiries
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex standards
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support role; experience in health insurance industry a plus
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus
  • Spanish bilingual a plus
