Job Summary
As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, resolving customer inquiries, and providing technical support via phone, email, and online chat. You will be working in a remote setting, using our cutting-edge technology to interact with customers and provide them with the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. - Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. - Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure. - Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, providing customers with timely and helpful support. - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring that all customer interactions are compliant with regulatory requirements. - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, often in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, ensuring that you are up-to-date on the latest products, services, and technologies. - Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring that customer interactions are secure and compliant.
Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Spanish bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in Spanish - Experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Previous experience in a technical support role, with a strong understanding of technology and software applications
