Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with arenaflex, possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish. You will also be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information regarding arenaflex products and services.
