Responsibilities

As a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering Incoming Calls: Respond to customer inquiries and provide support regarding patient pharmacy benefits
  • Researching Information: Use databases to resolve customer service issues
  • Maintaining Composure: Handle escalated situations with professionalism and poise
  • Operating Accurately and Efficiently: Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Handling Multiple Responsibilities: Juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
  • 100% Attendance during Training: Ensure attendance during virtual training sessions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At Least 1 Year of Call Center Experience: Proven experience in a customer service environment
  • At Least 1 Year of Work at Home Experience: Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and adhere to assigned schedule with minimal assistance
  • Excellent Verbal, Written, and Listening Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and Articulate Voice: Clear and professional communication style
  • Ability to Multi-Task: Manage multiple computer applications while holding a conversation with a customer
  • Enjoy Working in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to maintain a professional attitude in a dynamic environment
  • Computer Savvy: Ability to resolve minor technical issues with minimal assistance
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve customer service issues
  • At Least 18 Years of Age or Older: Meet the minimum age requirement
  • High School Diploma or GED: Meet the minimum educational requirement

Work at Home Requirements

To ensure your success as a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following work at home requirements:

  • Desktop or Laptop: Use a compatible computer with a Windows 10 or newer operating system
  • Webcam: Ensure a working webcam with video capabilities
  • Internet Connection: Use a high-speed internet connection via wired ethernet (no Wi-Fi, Satellite, or Cellular Hotspot)
  • Internet Speed: Meet the minimum internet speed requirements (upload speed of 3Mbps; download speed of 10 Mbps)
  • ISP Stability: Ensure a highly stable internet service provider with 1% or less packet loss
  • Latency: Meet the minimum latency requirement (under 100ms)
  • USB Headset: Use a compatible USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone (Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech recommended)
  • Cell Phone or Tablet: Ensure an available cell phone or tablet for Multifactor Authentication (2FA) software installation
  • 2nd Computer Monitor or 1 Monitor 32" or Larger: Use a compatible monitor or TV for optimal performance
