Responsibilities
As a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering Incoming Calls: Respond to customer inquiries and provide support regarding patient pharmacy benefits
- Researching Information: Use databases to resolve customer service issues
- Maintaining Composure: Handle escalated situations with professionalism and poise
- Operating Accurately and Efficiently: Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Handling Multiple Responsibilities: Juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- 100% Attendance during Training: Ensure attendance during virtual training sessions
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At Least 1 Year of Call Center Experience: Proven experience in a customer service environment
- At Least 1 Year of Work at Home Experience: Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and adhere to assigned schedule with minimal assistance
- Excellent Verbal, Written, and Listening Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and Articulate Voice: Clear and professional communication style
- Ability to Multi-Task: Manage multiple computer applications while holding a conversation with a customer
- Enjoy Working in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to maintain a professional attitude in a dynamic environment

To ensure your success as a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following work at home requirements:
- Desktop or Laptop: Use a compatible computer with a Windows 10 or newer operating system
- Webcam: Ensure a working webcam with video capabilities
- Internet Connection: Use a high-speed internet connection via wired ethernet (no Wi-Fi, Satellite, or Cellular Hotspot)
