Job Summary

As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and helping them navigate the complexities of health insurance. You'll work closely with our teams to resolve customer inquiries, provide technical support, and deliver a seamless experience that exceeds our clients' expectations. Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service experience consistently, resolving customer inquiries and providing technical support via phone, email, and online chat. - Manage customer accounts, providing personalized support and ensuring that their needs are met. - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, working collaboratively with our teams to find solutions. - Adapt to changing projects and updates, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn. - Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, ensuring that you're up-to-date on the latest arenaflex products and services. - Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred - 1+ year of experience in customer support or technical support role - Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices - High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity - Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act (ACA) a plus
