The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of our Cornerstone Brands team, handling inbound customer calls and working remotely to assist customers with their orders and accounts. You'll be responsible for problem-solving, driving sales, and promoting products effectively. This is a unique opportunity to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day, while also having the flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a busy and fast-paced environment

  • Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment to ensure excellent customer service
  • Offer additional products to customers on each interaction to drive sales and promote products
  • Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
  • Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
  • Opportunity for advancement and upward mobility across the entire arenaflex family of brands
  • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
  • Work from home with a set schedule and structured day

What You Bring

* Problem-solving and de-escalation skills to handle unique situations and sustain a high-paced call volume

  • Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Follow arenaflex computer system requirements
  • Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer inquiries
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Experience working in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
