Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our online content. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update new parts, part numbers, and other related product information into our website's database, ensuring seamless integration with our e-commerce platform.
- Content Management: Ensure all product information, including descriptions, images, and specifications, are up-to-date and properly formatted on the website, adhering to our branding guidelines and best practices.
- Photoshop Editing: Utilize Photoshop to create or edit product images for the website, guaranteeing high-quality visuals and consistency with our brand identity.
- Website Maintenance: Collaborate with our web development team to ensure that content is optimized for web performance and user experience, driving engagement and conversions.
- Sage Software (MAS): Work with Sage software to manage inventory, process orders, and ensure the integration of product data into our website, streamlining our operations and improving customer satisfaction.
- BigCommerce Management: Upload and manage products and product information on BigCommerce, ensuring a smooth and consistent online shopping experience for our customers.

Essential Qualifications
