Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers to determine their service needs and schedule appointments
- Dispatching our skilled technicians to resolve HVAC and plumbing issues
- Prioritizing and entering data into our database using computer skills
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our customers
- Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computers and software applications
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location
