Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via live chat to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on our products and services. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Engage with customers through live chat to address their inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Provide accurate product information and assist customers with their purchasing decisions
  • Monitor and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system to improve service quality
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and suggest solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotional offerings to provide informed assistance to customers
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software is highly desirable
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
