• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

Key Responsibilities

* Participate in online research studies, surveys, and focus groups to gather data and provide feedback

• Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database systems
• Collaborate with our research team to ensure the quality and integrity of our data
• Provide valuable insights and feedback to our clients and sponsors

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, psychology) preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
