Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Logistics Manager - Dedicated Transportation, you will be responsible for leading a team of direct reports and ensuring the attainment of daily operational goals within your assigned functional area. You will be the management and professional representative of arenaflex, responsible for customer service satisfaction and expectation management, staffing performance management and development, day-to-day planning and scheduling, health and safety management, and state/local/federal regulations compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
- Health and safety management
- State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
- Advanced knowledge of logistics industry and regulations
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field
- Three (3) years or more direct supervisory/leadership experience
- Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain Management components
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type
- Compensation ranges for the position are below:
+ Pay Type: Salaried + Minimum Pay Range: $68k + Maximum Pay Range: $70k
