Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing orders for a customer base primarily consisting of those with multiple and small dock shipments (LTL), full truck loads (FTL), and small package shipments (Fed-Ex Ground, UPS, etc.). You will be the primary point of contact for customers, communicating with them via email, phone, fax, and other means to resolve issues and provide exceptional service. You will also be responsible for managing small parcel shipments, creating BOLs, and communicating with carriers and drivers as needed.
