Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and possesses excellent communication skills. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for monitoring incoming customer emails, interpreting requests, and creating orders accordingly. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely order processing, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and respond to customer emails professionally and accurately

  • Read and interpret customer requests
  • Create and enter orders based on email communications
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure order data is complete and error-free
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order processing

Requirements

* Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
