Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Victorville, CA. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring that their needs are met with empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide informed and helpful responses to customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services to customers
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely follow-up
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
- Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer issues
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment, with a high volume of customer interactions
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop this knowledge
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Experience with customer service software and tools (e.g. CRM, ticketing systems)
