Responsibilities:
As a Desktop Support IV at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing remote troubleshooting and technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
- Imaging devices, including desktops, laptops, and other PC equipment
- Maintaining a working knowledge of our internal computer system and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends
- Installing new PC's and laptops to replace end-of-life cycle equipment
- Maintaining inventory and properly disposing of outdated equipment through recycling
- Closing work orders in the DOC ticketing system
- Collaborating with the Field Tech Manager to ensure policy, procedure, and methodology are being followed
- Carrying out physical tasks, such as lifting 50 pounds and standing for up to 8 hours, as required

Duration and Schedule:
This is a full-time, onsite position with a flexible schedule. You will have the option to work 4 ten-hour days with Friday offs, 5 eight-hour days, or a 9-day, 9-hour schedule with one Friday off per two-week period.
Pay and Benefits:
arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour, paid mileage, and the option to drive a state vehicle (if you have a good driving record). You will also have access to a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Location:
This position is based in Madison, WI, with the option to work at the DOC Central Office (CO) or at DOC facilities. You will be required to travel to DOC facilities occasionally, but you will be paid mileage and your hourly wage for travel time.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at your own expense
- Have 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
- Have a strong working knowledge of computer systems and technology
- Be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours, as required
