Job Overview
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and helping them to navigate our products and services. You will be working in a remote environment, with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be required to have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and a reliable internet connection.

Essential Qualifications
* Speak fluent English and Spanish
- Must reside in New Jersey
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
- Must have open availability during operating hours
- Professional customer service aptitude is essential
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Experience working with insurance products and services

Home Setup Requirements
* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship necessary equipment, including a headset
- Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless/ NO 5G internet packages
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
- Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for training.
