Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits and conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
  • Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage, including completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met
  • Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics to help drive business growth
  • Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
  • Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma (higher education preferred but not mandatory)
  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • A strong passion for helping others and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic industry

Essential Skills and Competencies

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to meet sales and customer service targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of insurance products and benefits
  • Experience with sales and customer service software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or sales (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR), Certified Sales Professional (CSP))
