Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing systems to monitor workflow and load work to qualified technicians
- Evaluating and reassigning work to available technicians as needed
- Monitoring and regulating work volumes to ensure efficient service delivery
- Communicating with technicians and other departmental employees to resolve force availability imbalances
- Reading and analyzing exception service orders and repair tickets to dispatch to the appropriate technician based on company criteria
- Ensuring that service orders and repair tickets are processed accurately
- Acquiring skills through a combination of formal training and on-the-job experience
- Serving as a lead and/or primary technical resource within the department or work area
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 3+ years of related experience in customer support or a similar field
- Associate's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
