Experienced Customer Care Advisor – Insurance and Benefits Sales

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
- Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
- Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage
- Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met
- Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics
- Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma required (higher education preferred but not mandatory)
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and benefits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
