Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative Mid, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, or chat. You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and other departments to address customer needs and concerns, ensuring seamless communication and resolution. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, combined with your ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Provide detailed information about products or services, including features, pricing, and specifications, to customers.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating complex or unresolved issues to senior customer service representatives or management as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer data.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues, demonstrating a commitment to customer retention and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to address customer needs and concerns, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies, using this knowledge to provide informed and effective customer support.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes.

Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong customer focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to handle difficult or challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems and customer service software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Availability to work a hybrid schedule, including Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in-office, and Mondays and Fridays working from home.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CRM systems and customer service software.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
