Job Summary

As a Customer Service Expert, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers. You will be responsible for:

  • Greeting every customer with a smile and eye contact
  • Acknowledging waiting customers and letting them know you'll be right with them
  • Completing transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in conversation
  • Helping customers with returns, exchanges, and other issues
  • Providing product knowledge and making recommendations to customers
  • Operating a cash register and handling customer transactions
  • Assisting with sales, refunds, and other customer-related tasks
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Practicing loss prevention procedures and reporting any issues to management

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer feels welcome and valued

  • Greet every customer with a smile and eye contact, and acknowledge waiting customers
  • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, while engaging customers in conversation
  • Help customers with returns, exchanges, and other issues, using a friendly and empathetic approach
  • Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to customers, using your expertise to drive sales growth
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions, ensuring accuracy and zero variance tolerance
  • Assist with sales, refunds, and other customer-related tasks, as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety and sanitation regulations
  • Practice loss prevention procedures and report any issues to management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Retail experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed

* Cash handling experience preferred

  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
