Job Summary
As a Customer Service Expert, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers. You will be responsible for:
- Greeting every customer with a smile and eye contact
- Acknowledging waiting customers and letting them know you'll be right with them
- Completing transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in conversation
- Helping customers with returns, exchanges, and other issues
- Providing product knowledge and making recommendations to customers
- Operating a cash register and handling customer transactions
- Assisting with sales, refunds, and other customer-related tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Practicing loss prevention procedures and reporting any issues to management
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer feels welcome and valued

- Assist with sales, refunds, and other customer-related tasks, as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety and sanitation regulations
- Practice loss prevention procedures and report any issues to management
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Retail experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed
