Job Overview
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to policyholders, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. We offer paid training and a remote full-time position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

What We're Looking For
* Fluency in Spanish and English: You must be fluent in both languages to communicate effectively with our customers.
- Residency in Arizona: You must reside in Arizona to be eligible for this role.
- Age and Education: You must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Relevant Work Experience: While not required, 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Availability: You must have open availability during operating hours.
- Customer Service Aptitude: You must have a strong customer service aptitude and be able to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Home Setup Requirements
* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship necessary equipment, including a headset.
- Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection is required. No wireless or 5G internet packages are permitted.
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential. Webcam video presence will be required during training and production.
- Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for training.
