Job Summary
As a remote data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently collecting and entering data from various sources, including online surveys, focus groups, and product testing. You'll work closely with our research team to ensure that data is collected and analyzed in a timely and accurate manner, and that our findings are presented in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect and enter data from various sources, including online surveys, focus groups, and product testing
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness, and identify and report any discrepancies or errors
- Collaborate with research team to develop and implement data collection strategies
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data collection and analysis
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, statistics) preferred
- Current USA resident
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish language skills a plus
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills helpful but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data entry software and systems
- Knowledge of research methods and statistical analysis
- Familiarity with online survey and focus group tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
