Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our Virginia Beach, VA office. As a key member of our contact center team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to current policyholders via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex customer issues, addressing billing queries, policy changes, and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, driving loyalty and retention
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
Essential Qualifications
* 12+ months of contact center or customer-facing service experience
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, showcasing expertise, active listening, and trust-building
- Ability to work and grow in a dynamic, high-volume call center environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's degree or higher
- Active Personal Lines insurance license
- Experience working in a similar contact center environment
