Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our Virginia Beach, VA office. As a key member of our contact center team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to current policyholders via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve complex customer issues, addressing billing queries, policy changes, and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, driving loyalty and retention
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment

Essential Qualifications

* 12+ months of contact center or customer-facing service experience

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, showcasing expertise, active listening, and trust-building
  • Ability to work and grow in a dynamic, high-volume call center environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or higher

  • Active Personal Lines insurance license
  • Experience working in a similar contact center environment

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
