Job Summary

As a Data Entry & Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. You'll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including data entry, customer communication, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Process customer information, including updating records and resolving discrepancies
  • Analyze customer accounts and make corrections as needed
  • Trains new Customer Service staff as requested
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Less than one year of related experience or training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer interactions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service or data entry

  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
