Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Warren, MI. As a Dealer Chat Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, interpreting, and distributing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI performance reports for each department within our Dealer Chat platform. You will also be responsible for updating performance dashboards, leveraging data analytics tools, and participating in quarterly analytics meetings to share insights and best practices.

Responsibilities

As a Dealer Chat Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing, interpreting, and distributing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI performance reports for each department within our Dealer Chat platform
• Updating performance dashboards to reflect key trends and insights
• Leveraging data analytics tools, such as PowerBI and XM Discover, to underscore and supplement findings
• Participating in quarterly analytics meetings to share insights and best practices
• Trending historical data to help shape measurable objectives and targets for annual planning purposes
• Maintaining a reporting pipeline calendar to ensure timely delivery of reports
• Maintaining and reporting digital headcount
• Leveraging PowerBI to create visual representations of data and insights
• Assisting in developing KPI definitions and goal adjustments
• Assisting the forecasting team with scheduling and scheduling audits
• Creating and educating/coaching on research and analytics
• Fostering a metrics-based approach to glean insights and drive the business forward
• Assisting both Dealer Chat Team Leads, support staff, and Coordinator team with projects
• Participating in weekly Dealer Chat operations/coordinator/support team meetings
• Participating in vendor meetings
• Assisting in revenue generating strategy meetings

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Mathematics
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics or a related field
• Responsible for maintaining a Microsoft Access Database comprised of customer VBA code
• Data analytical tools and knowledge, such as data bricks, and PowerBI
• Understanding of Dealer Chat performance analytics
• Strong data analytical ability, focused on synthesizing data from multiple sources and systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-moving workplace, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize with strategy in mind
