Job Description We're urgently hiring an Experienced Data Entry Clerk for our Charlotte office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all records. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly, and we're looking for someone who can deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Entering, verifying, and updating data into company databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently. * Reviewing data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and resolving issues as needed. * Maintaining and organizing digital and physical records, ensuring they are easily accessible. * Assisting with generating reports and preparing documents for internal and client use. * Collaborating with other team members to ensure accurate and timely data management. * Upholding confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. * Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
