As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships. You'll work closely with our sales team, product specialists, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Processing orders, resolving issues, and providing product information to customers
- Building strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Collaborating with sales team, product specialists, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases
- Providing excellent customer service to walk-in customers and responding to their inquiries
- Assisting customers in placing their orders by providing product knowledge and recommendations
- Understanding and learning company internal processes and procedures
- Receiving and resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Processing online quotations and orders
- Helping create driver route sheets and completing other tasks as assigned
Essential Qualifications
