Position Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our extensive range of products and services
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding product pricing, shipping, and availability
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation and Location
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22-$27 per hour, depending on experience. Our Knapp, WI location offers a unique blend of small-town charm and big-city amenities, making it an ideal place to live and work.
