Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll work collaboratively with our team to process customer orders, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions to meet their needs
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
