Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive customer loyalty and retention. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Certification in customer service or a related field
