Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide product information
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
